Ocean Gems® Atlantic Cod originate from Northern Atlantic Ocean, wild caught mainly from March to October. The fishery is MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) certified. At the time of catch, the cod are processed and frozen immediately on board to maintain the high quality and freshness. There are no additives or treatments involved in the whole process. The distinctive taste of the ocean and moderately oily firm flesh is a real treat for our discerning customers.
