Ocean Gems® Hard Shell Clams are wild caught from the Pacific Ocean, South Vietnam under a Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certified fishery. There are no treatments or preservatives used in the whole production process. From the time the hard shell clams are harvested to the time they are purged until sand free and individually quick frozen, every step is meticulously planned to ensure that our customers' high expectations are met.
