Pollock Loin

Ocean Gems® Pollock originate from Alaska, North Pacific Ocean, and are wild caught throughout the year. The fishery is MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) certified. At the time of catch, the pollock are processed and frozen immediately on board to maintain high quality and freshness. There are no additives or treatments involved in the whole process. It has a mild and delicate taste with white flesh in large flakes which are perfect for baking, poaching, sautéing, or for curry in any kind of marinade.
