Garlic prawn


500 gm Prawns (Peeled and deveined tail on)
4 cloves Garlic Chopped Finely
1 tbsp Oil
½ tsp Crushed Black Pepper Marinade the prawns for 30min
½ tsp Salt
1 ½ Oil
50 gm Unsalted Butter
¼ cup White Wine
2 tbsp Lemon Juice


1. Heat oil and butter in a frying pan, when the butter is melted add in the prawn. Cook the prawn until golden brown and remove into the plate.    

2.Add in the white wine and scrap the bottom of the pan until wine mostly evaporates. Add in the lemon juice and the cook prawn add toss    

3.Transfer to a plate.
