Pan-Roasted Slipper Lobster with Grand Marinade Buttered Lettuce
Ingredients
8 nos Slipper Lobster Deshell
1 tbsp Salted Butter
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 nos Shallot Chopped
1 clove Garlic Chopped
2 sprigs Lemon thyme (Leaves only)
20 gm Grand Marinade 2 slices Lemon Salt and Pepper
Preparation
- In a pan, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add shallot and garlic and cook until shallot is softened. Add the lobster meat, thyme and splash grand marinade and cook for 1 min. Flip over, cook until meat turn opaque. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place butterhead lettuce on plate, top with slipper lobster and juices and garnish with cherry tomatoes. Squeeze lemon juice over the lettuce
