Pan-Roasted Slipper Lobster with Grand Marinade Buttered Lettuce


8 nos Slipper Lobster Deshell
1 tbsp Salted Butter
1 tbsp Extra  Virgin Olive Oil
2 nos Shallot Chopped
1 clove Garlic Chopped
2 sprigs Lemon  thyme (Leaves only)
20 gm Grand Marinade 2 slices Lemon Salt and Pepper


  1. In a pan, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add shallot and garlic and cook until shallot is softened. Add the lobster meat, thyme and splash grand marinade and cook for 1 min. Flip over, cook until meat turn opaque. Season with salt and pepper.  
  2. Place butterhead lettuce on plate, top with slipper lobster and juices and garnish with cherry tomatoes. Squeeze lemon juice over the lettuce
