Tempura Soft Shell Crab

Ingredients

4 Soft Shell Crab
1 Egg ½ cup Milk
1 cup Flour    
4 cup Oil (For  frying)    
Salt and Pepper (To  taste)

Preparation

Heat oil in a deep fryer to 180 degree Celsius. In a bowl, whisk  together egg, milk and 3/4 flour into a batter. In a separate bowl, add in salt and pepper and ¼ flour. Lightly salt the crabs then dip into the  flour then into the egg batter. Place crab into the  deep fryer to cook for 2 min until golden brown.
